Anthony DiNicola with Catharsis Productions will present NSFW: Not Suitable for Work utilizes humor and research from psychology and adult learning theory mixed with real world discussion and examples of cultural differences happening around us. The program participants walk away with an understanding which:

  • Enables them to see their own biases and privileges
  • Explains what micro-aggressions are, why people commit them, and how we can prevent them
  • Identifies what bias statements are and how to respond to them
  • Empower everyone to be part of the solution in fostering a more respectful and productive working environment
