Featuring beer from a local brewery (TBD) paired with four courses prepared by Mount Sequoyah Executive Chef Justus Moll.
Our executive chef Justus Moll will partner with a local brewey (TBD) to bring you a four course dinner to be carefully paired with four different locally brewed beers. Ben Mills and Andrew Blann with Fossil Cove will be on hand to discuss their brewing process and what makes each beer special. Chef Justus will then explain his process of developing the menu for the evening and the elements he looks to for pairing each dish with each beer. A welcome beer will also be served.
