Spirits Dinner with Mixologist Charlie Rausch – A five course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Justus Moll will be paired with craft cocktails utilizing elite spirits. Spirits will be utilized in the cooking process and both the chef and mixologist will discuss the cocktails, the food and how they complement each other.
Chef Moll is able to accommodate dietary restrictions and some preferences. Just let us know!
