Come enjoy a six course dinner at Mount Sequoyah featuring food from each region of the United States. Executive Chef Kaitlyn Rush and Sous Chef Grace Cleghorn have collaborated to curate this delicious menu. Andy Crittenden will be creating optional cocktail pairings for each course. This is sure to be an event that you don't want to miss. Seating will open at 6:00 pm with food beginning to be served at 6:30 pm.

First Course: Pacific Northwest Charcuterie Board featuring Salmon Candy, PNW cheeses and accoutrements.
Second Course: Rocky Mountain Poutine - Yuca, Cactus, Potato Frites with Bison,
Third Course: Southwestern Pork and Hominy Posole Stew with Fiesta Toppings.
Fourth Course: Northeastern Shrimp and Crab Cake with a truffle lemon salad and pickled red onion.
Fifth Course: Southern Fried Chicken Thighs and Ho Cakes with a side of Dirty 'ol Hoppin' John.
Sixth Course: Salt-of-the-Earth Midwestern Dirt Cake
